  • How do I place an order by mail?
    A certified check or money order for the amount of the videos and shipping(regular US Mail is $8.95 for the first item, and an additional $0.50 for each additional item). Make check out to Sports Videos USA and send to 10025 Imperial Hwy. #507, Downey, CA. 90242. When the order is received, the order will be shipped the next business day.


  • What is your return policy?
    Due to the nature of the business, only defective merchandise can be returned.


  • Do you ship NextDay Air?
    Yes, however, allow one day for processing on all orders. The cost is $31.00 plus $3.00 for each additional item.


  • Do you accept school purchase orders?
    Yes, just send a copy of the purchase order to us at 10025 Imperial Hwy. #507, Downey, CA. 90242 or email to us at debbie@baseballvideosusa.com   Do not forget to include the shipping cost... Regular US Mail is $8.95 for the first item, and $0.50 for each additional item. US Mail PriorityMail is $13.95 for the first item, and $2.00 for each additional item. Add 8% tax only if in California.


  • What is your privacy policy?

    The information we obtain about you and your activities while on our website will not be available to third parties in any way. Our secure server gives you the additional satisfaction of knowing that no unintended third parties will be able to view your activities while on our website.
    Use of E-mail:
    Information sent via e-mail over the public Internet can be viewed by unintended third parties. We suggest that you Do Not send e-mails that contain any personal or sensitive information that you don't want seen by third parties.


  • Do you accept personal checks?
    Yes, but the order will not be shipped until the check is cleared. A cashier's check or money order would be much more time efficient, since we could ship videos out upon receipt. Make out the check to Sports Videos USA.


  • Do you ship PriorityMail?
    Yes, we either ship UPS BestValue or USPS PriorityMail, and the cost is $13.95 plus $2.00 for each item. It takes 2-4 business days.


  • Do you deliver on Saturdays?
    Yes if requested, and the cost is an extra $10.00


DVD Compatibility Statement

The DVD is the most exciting development to come along in the short life of instructional videos. It allows you to find the exact segment you are looking for within seconds, without the tedious fast-forwarding and rewinding required of traditional videotapes. DVD also provides great image quality, still frames, and slow motion.

Unlike videotapes, DVDs do not wear out, that means you can reference your instructional DVD countless times and it will still look as good as when it was new. With proper handling and care, your DVDs will last a lifetime - and then some!

At Baseball Videos USA, we want you to have the best experience possible with our DVD products, so our DVDs are produced using only top quality disks to ensure a high level of compatibility with your DVD player. Unfortunately, some DVD players manufactured before 2001 may not be compatible with the high-quality disks we use on our DVDs. In a rush to get their DVD players to market, some manufacturers build their machines to work on most disks, realizing that some features of a DVD may not work.

If you are unable to play a DVD from Basketball Videos USA, there are two things you can do:

  1. If you recently purchased your DVD player, we recommend returning it for another model that will play "DVD-R" disks. A good feature to look for is "progressive scan". The majority of DVD players on the market today, at all price points, have this feature.
  2. Buy a new player. This may sound drastic, but a new progressive scan DVD player costs as little as $38, and we have seen prices as low as $18 after rebates. With all of our future instructional titles being released on DVD, this is a great investment for you or your school!

Most video rental and discount stores across the US and now the UK have discontinued selling videotapes -- some have even stopped selling VCRs. To remain competitive, Basketball Videos USA is embracing this trend to meet the growing demand for DVDs. Beginning in 2005, we will release all of our new titles on DVD only. This will provide our customers high quality video images, a product that will not wear out, and a product that is quickly and easily accessible for referencing.
